Several calls have been made to me recently using the 0042 code. I have not answered the calls and Google suggests these are fictitious numbers used by scammers.

I was contacted today by an Indian man called Bill Marshall who said my application for a loan of £8000 had been cleared. I asked if there was a fee and he said no, as I was dealing with the direct lender. He said the repayments would be £133 per month for 5 years at 6.8%. This number has been calling me now for at least 4-5 weeks, they started off just ringing my landline...... never leaving a message, now they try my home number and then immediately afterwards my mobile. Have not and will not answer, if its important, they could always leave me a message & to date they ve not done so, so I guess they re trying to sell something and need to speak to me personally....Hard luck, never going to answer to that number, so keep on dialling!! lol

This automated service calls my number approx.once or twice a week. The call asks for a named person who I never heard of and requests a call back. After I hang-up I have noticed when I then lift my phone to use Iam still connected to this number. I dont no how to stop this caller.
