Same call as previous messages, ignored it and blocked!

SCAM - claim to be from HMRC and there is tax fraud in the name of the person who answers the phone.

These people are a complete pain. they have called me several times, and each time I answer, they hang up. I have since called them back and established that they are a firm that provide PPI claim assistance etc.

They call twice a day every day after 11am and after 3pm. They leave a voicemail every time too. They will not get the hint

Just got a cll from this number asking to speak to Mr Askey. Told them never heard of him. They apologised and hung up but when I tried to call the number back I got a recorded message with an American accent telling me that this number is not in service??

Sick to death of receiving bad press from numbers pretending to be my business, they sell their wares, the consumer gets fed up, researches the number adds up 2 & 2 gets 10 then complain about my business and I get to deal with their complaints. Who protects my reputation when these companies are allowed to trade make hundreds of unsolicited calls and hide behind the internet unchecked. ps. I don't chase ambulances and don't make unsolicited calls.

recorded message saying suspicious transactions attempted on my Bank account did not mention name of bank. asking to press certain numbers for details. I checked with bank an absolute scam to try and extort money. Hang up immediately do not follow any requests
