On answering all I heard was some music there was no reply to my asking who was calling. Annoying and possibly dangerous scam call

I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. Asked if I was the bill payer and I said yes. Then he stated a different address to me and I said no that's not this address then he put the phone down? Strange!

Just had the second call today and about the 4th this week. Every time I answer there is a pause and then they ring off. Very odd and hugely annoying
