The number identifies the message as RoyalMail contacting me. The mispelling of Royal Mail is reason enough to be suspiciouss. The asked me to click a link to redirect me to a web page to arrange delivery of a parcel they couldn't deliver. I have nothing on order and I am sure Royal Mail would not mispell their own name or contact me from a mobile. 100% a scam if like my elderly mother, you now look these strange numbers up online before responding.

I called again and again went to voicemail. My guess is…. scammer

Scam call proposing to get money back from a (non existing) investment in a bit coin company that has lost its license. Difficult to understand the overseas accent. Waste of time. Who believes this rubbish?

POTENTIAL SCAM Caller (with an Indian accent and in a noisy call centre) claimed to be from Amazon Security Department. She was checking whether I'd placed an order for £749... I said I hadn't. She asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said it's not my order so I can't cancel it. She said my phone number and email and payment details had been used to create a fake account. SPAM I think! Number sends a (Covid-19) SMS alert message: NHS: You've recenty been in close contact with a confirmed case. You must book a test kit: https://my-pcr-order.com But, the SMS does not actually mention Covid-19! And, the website it takes you to appears to be the genuine NHS website, where it explicitly says you no longer have to isolate or do a lateral flow test, and there is no information on how to get a pcr test now that Test and Trace no longer operates!!!

Leaves voicemails that are silent or have people arguing in the background. wish these call centres would P off.

SCAM ! Second call today from a Irish number. Asian guy said it was Amazon security calling about suspicious activity on my account, £900 plus pending order or iphone! Asked me to go online to check, no way & told him so!!

Bank/Lonas

This number is being used to carry out impersonation scams through WhatsApp. Serious pressure being exerted claiming to be a family member in financial trouble. Fraud carried out via a Metro Bank Account sort code 23 05 80 using various account numbers and Metro Bank don't seem to be concerned. Has been reported to own bank and Action Fraud. This number is causing untold distress and needs to be taken out of service.
