They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. SCAM / SPAM This was an English speaking polite male telling me that the Government funded insulation in my loft could be causing damage to my property and he wanted to arrange a visit to examine it. Fortunately before the call went any further he mentioned the "foam insulation" and when I said it was not foam in my loft he rang off. OBVIOUSLY A SCAM. He didn't get round to asking for bank details but I am sure he would have it I hadn't realised what he was up to.

Received voicemail saying to Call this number before things get worse problems. Immediately called back. No reply. Tried four times. No reply. Eventually was answered. Initially silence then after e a couple seconds heard what sounded like an announcement at a railway station or airport in the background then suddenly went dead.
