This is the UK version of a scam running amok in the US. The supposed company, microsoftechs.com, contacts people and claims there is an issue with their computer. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk. Came up on phone as International with the above number , blocked it without answering, had one earlier from 0013183510287 also now blocked also.
I suspect this was a scam/Fraud attempt, a recorded message stated something like..."Crime Investigation, your National Insurance Number and Bank Account are suspended because of a criminal investigation..." Hung up.
