Not going to disclose personal details of the caller, but can confirm this was a genuine call from an individual who has been instructed to carry out some work on the property I am renting.
Scam rings at least 4 times a week. Never answer unknown numbers. They never leave a message. Rang last night at 9.45pm and again this morning at 8am. Googled the number this morning and it comes up as private house in Sittingbourne. We do not know anyone in Sittingbourne.
