Someone called "John" with a strong Indian accent supposedly calling form Virgin Media about my broadband speed. If you dial this number it gets you to Leeds General Infirmary...
This number is DANGEROUS! My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Incident reported to the police already. Stay away from this number. They hide using this number so you won’t see their phone number.
When I answered the phone there was a digital female voice informing me that there had been two charges against my credit card for £300 to amazon at which point I hung up. Definitely a scam

Had 3 calls over the last few days from various numbers all starting with the same dalling code, 01926. Beware, this is a scam intending to defraud you of money. It was an automated message, informing me that gambling.com had taken £1,100.00 from my bank and Amazon had taken £300.00. I was supposed to press 1 to authorise the Amazon payment. I put the phone down.
