Caller said my 24 month service contract on washing machine had expired. When I informed him I didn't have one he said "so you won't want to renew" and hung up.

Telemarketing- seemed to know all my details (address and full name). I expressed i could not take the phone call as i was working but they pushed me to take the call. They asked me to verify my details and then rattled off some speech about how i may be contacted by someone in the future. I said no to this and she just repeated the statement. Lady knew my last name and claimed to be from a reputable building society - Nationwide. However, she persisted in asking my first name so after she kept pushing, I told her Mrs . She read it out loud but then realised it wasn t what she wanted and so pushed further n asked my full name. I told her just my first - no middle names, then she said Thank you Mam and hung up!

Tried to sell me loft insulation, told he I ve got recently on a grant. Then went onto cavity wall insulation,, can t have that done, not got proper cavity walls. Then tried to sell me external cladding insulation. Told her to sod off and I would be reporting the call as a nuisance. She then went on to try and sell me a new gas boiler.
Absolute rip-off. Was kept on hold for over 20 minutes, cost over £8.00. Rang off in the end. Do not entertain this Waste Management Outfit.

At first I thought they were a legit company regarding my adverts already on the web. They then transferred me to someone else and he was very aggressively trying to get me to pay to promote my business. Eventually I said that I wasn t going to pay but he kept on. I hung up.
