This is fraud. A message on my answer machine said they were from my bank and two large transactions were coming off my account. A quick check of my banking app proved this to be nonsense.

00918045708684 called 30 May 23 at 10:38hours. Female voice advised that my "visa account had been debited £1xxxx from a gambling ??? in California, press 1 to talk to our ???. or 2 to authorise payment ", hung on for a short while to hear if anything followed..... nothing so hung up.

Had 2 texts from Bonku one in dec saying i had spent i think 50 something that month and to text STOP to quit or for help ring this number I had the SAME text just today but saying i had spent 25 this month

Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.

Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. SCAM Called saying they were from BT and my internet speed had been reported as an issue. A technician are working on it, but it was software on my router that was wrong. Got me to look up internet speed. Gave them fake results, which would have been top drawer, to be told they were not good Passed me to another technician to get me to open windows run and enter 'www.anydesk.com'. That scam has been doing the rounds for years. Told them I worked in IT, and they hung up!

I am reporting this number 02476365521 as a SCAM call informing me from the bank? That I've had 2 transactions and to press 1 if its not true or 2 to speak to someone SCAM
