He is a scammer, a fraud. He used someone else s passport to rent a room, took 600GBP as security and ran away.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Like the other contributors, this number called me, it rang on my mobile once and then they hung up - I won t be calling them back! Don t fall for their untrustworthy marketing ploy, just ignore them.

Usual PPI / car accident / similar sort of claim cold call. Blocked number. These people must be utterly shameless. I couldn t sit at a desk with a headset on being told to get lost (or worse) 100 s of times a day. Still, it s a job I suppose but I d rather be unemployed than lower myself to this sort of thing!
