Phoned telling me they had a cheque to send for refund of bank charges. Had my name and address, wanted my date of birth. When asked which bank were refunding charges just repeated UK Financial Services. Told me they would cancel cheque if I didn t give date of birth. I said that would be fine and hung up. Its time uk phone numbers were stopped from being given to overseas callers.

This company has been calling our business address informing he is from e-on, asking for personal details. This company is a harassment caller and has called this morning several times with a very aggressive tone. We have had to be firm but he is still persistently calling. Domestic Home Guard Ultimate. (Domestichome.co.uk) There is nothing on the web site. They are a home insurance company. I suspect they may be a one man band (someone who calls himself Josh). They mis-sold over the phone to my relative who has disabilities and does not understand what he is signing up to. I am now trying to retrieve £210 that was taken from him by direct debit. No luck so far. I fear this money may be gone forever.
