We had the natwest scam too a gentleman suggesting to transfer money into another account via online app said 10 minutes before he finished however the branch already closed past this time of call????♀️
Both my first name and surname can be used as either. Always useful when detecting a scam, or a company who doesn t do their research well. Also they ve been phoning every day at random times for the past week.
