Automated call claiming to be BT technical department and informing me that my internet connection was going to be terminated. Scam call!!

Claimed to be from "phone house company" offering sim and phone deals. When I said I was not interested and to take me off the calling list, they kept interrupting me and trying to push the sale. I have had other calls from similar numbers (only last 4 digits different) during the day as well. Blocked.
This number called me twelve times on the same day.
SCAM / SPAM Pretending to be HMRC, asks you to press 1 and connect to the tax office otherwise you will be arrested shortly for tax fraud....

SCAM / SPAM This must be a scammer as I had to go to voicemail to find out who it was and it is someone claiming to be from HMRC and asking me to press number keys for more information. This would most likely divert me to another number and leave me open to some kind of fraud. Number now blocked. If it really is HMRC they have my address and email address.
Caller said was calling from our Head Office whose phone lines were down and could I connect to external line - 0907 1267755 - quick check with HO their phones were working went back to David to advise unable to connect. Asked him for surname - refused request saying why did I need this just connect call. Advised unable to connect call - his response was to call me a stupid b***h. What a tool for thinking he can dupe people!!!
