02070978829 called up stating he was calling from UKBA making stupid claims about some legal notice. Have no clue , the guy claimed to be James but couldnt speak a word of english properly

Claiming to be HMRC launching criminal case. Wants to transfer you to boiler room scam/ premium number where they try to rip you off. Avoid.

I believe it is a scam. I blocked it as a nuisance call which I can only do on my landline. It kept ringing me every 15 minutes. No answer when I managed to pick up the call.
