Don't know what this was about, I answered and after about 15 seconds of silence an automated ladies voice said 'goodbye'
SCAM / SPAM Call from "BT" regarding terminating the phone line today.
Silent call, Had three calls from Northwich area with different numbers in two days. Left phone to answer, they don't leave a message but stay silent before hanging up.
Received call 08.55 today, 02 Nov 2020. Pause on answering, then click, so instantly suspicious. Voice with heavy Indian subcontinent accent and unfamiliarity with English form ...

Accident scum
Already been told prior I am not interested, still they see fit to keep harassing me with the same PPI stuff.
Obviously a new scam call center number as no comments on various sites for this number yet told them call not essential first time called again 10 min later again told them I could hear the other people in call center they are risking people’s lives not essential
They are absolute pains, ringing a couple of times a day. Have asked them to stop but they still keep ringing
