I have never called this number but it has come up on my telephone bill about 8 times. I have seen an advert for this co. on face book but I have never phoned them so how come I am paying for calls I have never made.

Despite asking them to stop calling me they completely ignored my request and continued - the survey is carried out buy a telemarketing company who get paid by the number of calls they make so it is not in their interest to stop
