Legit. Checks out with what is listed on the HSBC UK website. Though the call quality was very bad. Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity. I swear the support lady could just identify theft the hell out of me at this point.
Got a text from this number (in the middle of the damn night!) saying it was from wewantyourcar.com . I don t care, I m not selling my car. I gave my number to Severn Trent Water the other day so I m wondering if they ve sold my details on. Scumbags.
Call center. Have now phoned 8 times in an afternoon, number shown be phone company as possible fraud, so no way is it going to be answered. Fed up now so blocked it.
