Was called am women stating she was from Open Reach. Very bad connection. Woman's voice had an Indian accent and I had heard it before on another call saying that they were from Open Reach and wanted to check my line. Connection cut off

These people are criminals. When I queried them they indeed gave me the address of Microsoft in London - and this UK number to ring them back. When I looked up the number it could not be matched with an address. All of these nubers should be blocked when incoming to North America. Furthermore, the US government should pressure the Indian Government to stop this international criminal behaviour hosted there.
