" Peter Davis" haha with an accent from the middle of Mumbai will "find your file" and pretend you have an HRMC case against you. It's one of the worst cases of bad acting you'll ever hear.
Pretending to be royal mail, sending a text to tell me that my parcel has a £2.99 shipping fee, and if I don't pay it, it will be returned to the sender.

Received a call from this number between xmas and new year. Called again today but number was blocked on phone. Three minutes later received an international "out of area" call re windows scrappage scheme. Caller begins with familiar "Hi". A coincidence??? Unlikely...At least now know who "Hi" is!!
