She asked if I was in front of my computer, and if I was the main user. after answering affirmatively, she requested that I pressed windows key plus R, (to open run dialogue box). this sounded a bit suspicious to me, and when I said that I wasn't in front of my computer and that I had no internet issues, and that I was recording the call, she sent me to hell, and hung up the call !!!
