i got a message off of this number saying it was TSB and that a payment had been attempted from a new device and to click on the link if it was not me. i haven't clicked the link as i am pretty sure it is most likely a scam of sorts.

SPAM Silent call. Selected it as spam but it's probably a scam attempt. A so-called London number which has now called for three consecutive days. However, it's been 0208 939 each time, but the last four digits a different on each occasion.
