SCAM Call came from this number after a scam caller from 1317991880. Being a UK number calling an AU mobile (with no history of UK calls) this is a scam

Unrecognised number, rang three times and closed down.
Recorded message claiming to be from HMRC regarding unpaid tax.
Had a call from them. Thought to wind them up too. Asked if I had an accident. I replied yes. Asked when? I said 6 months back? I Said I can be liable for compensation. I replied great. Asked how the accident happened. I said I was in a plane, the pilot was over speeding and drove through the red light and hit with a train. I grabbed a parachute and jumped. Give me fake missed calls and doing video calls
Foriegn caller from number 01392274111 said he was calling from BT open reach and that I had a problem with my broadband, that I wasn't receiving the service I should be. When I said I didn't have any problem with my broadband he abruptly hung up. Blocked. Something needs doing about these scam callers.
Said they were from BT and wanted to inform us that our computer was sending/receiving software virus. He offered to help sort out problem!! Replied I'll call their HQ.
