Initially a silent call and after several seconds had an automated rather creepy voice that said "goodbye"
London Councils towed vehicle tracing service. Operating on premium service number but publicised as Freephone
Hung up after I answered. I rang back to get a recorded message about surveys and to leave a message if I don’t want to be called again. Easier to just block
Rang repeatedly, going to answer machine each time. Royston area code and the behaviour of "Lisa" in the other comment makes me suspicious it s a company I ve made multiple complaints about already.
rang and asked who deals with my marketing i said he wasnt here so put the phone down rudely, so rang back and said hello i replied hi you just rang me and he put the phone down...
