appears to be a scam related to non payment of income tax
Claimed to be hmrc with a fraud claim on me
This number was used in call pretending to be my daughter needing almost £2000 luckily I caught on quite quickly and did not loose any money. Have to say conversations on Watsap were very convincing but I have all bank details to which they wanted money to be transferred and made them aware I had reported all details. Hope this helps someone else stay safe.

Broken English, calling about my non-existent car accident in the past three years. Hung up, blocked number, resisted throwing my phone across room
SPAM telling me I'd been in traffic accitend, rude and would not remove me from list, just continued with script then got aggressive.

Answered - but apparently no-one on the line.
Basically they re a fishing company, poorly-paid scammers doing blanket cold calling asking "have you had an accident in past 3 years" (citing they have bogus "information at hand") until, inevitably, someone says "yes". Cue then a selling job about how they can claim compo for you (for a % price). Not a scam; just a sad reflection of compensation culture and call-centre mentality. Hang up immediately; or if you want to be arsey, engage person in pointless conversation (though it isn t really his/her fault)
