Indian accented female pretends to be from talk talk, reckons one of my connected devices is compromised. Fired technical questions at them to confirm my initial suspicious ions and they hung up
Indian accent man, all he did was asking me yes/no questions... like, are you ____? is ____ your postcode? have you got a mortgage? are you happy with your bank? After I replied to his questions he said ok have a lovely day an hung up... which I found weird. Unfortunately, it was until he hung up that I realised he might have been recording my yes/no answers to use this for any sort of identity fraud or scam... Im very scared now and don t know what to do

This is a premium rate call scam. 0844 number series is reserved in UK for premium rate #. When you call back, the scammers keep you on hold to let the meter run. You would find a larger than usual charge on your phone bill! Take care in future!

Continuous calls for about 5 days. Took it eventually and introduced themselves as CPR Marketing Solutions Wanted a rep to come and talk to me about my pension provision which I agreed. I then rang to cancel the meeting and got numerous calls following the cancellation telling me that they could have done better and that "Karma will come round and bite me" for not taking their advice.
