Initially got a call from a girl called Carla (Manchester accent, noisy office environment) on a blocked number, said she was from a company called ACS on behalf of Royal Sun Alliance. In relation to a motoring accident although they didn t have the details correct. They started talking about an automatic payment put aside by the 3rd party insurance company even though there were no injuries in the accident. She called it an inconvenience payment.
