I placed an order with the owner Matthew Robert Wilson who was very quick to answer any pre-purchase questions but as soon as order was placed all communication was stopped. A fake tracking number was sent to me. I have sent dozens of messages/e-mails and still no reply although new content is loaded daily to Facebook page and all negative reviews/posts deleted from page instantly. Completely disgraceful company who i have reported again to Trading Standards same £198 trick with my 85 yr dad and then another £98 for a calling blocking alert which you can buy for £4 on ebay - Off I go to try to get the money back .... My Dad will not stop answering the phone to numbers he doesnt know however many time to tell him :-(
