I called this number after getting a bogus e-mail about tax rebates and called the inland revenue to check it out, looks like ive been hit too by this premium rate, had no idea that i was accepting this kind of charge, and the figures dont even add up, it says it charges 55p/min according to my phone bill but 13 mins came to £46.00!. iv been adv to block the number and restrict outgoing calls, this most likely wouldn't have happened if id used a landline. my bad.
