This is a gang of asian criminals asking for money upfront for loans. They use Ukash to get the money and claim to be a real UK business. They are crooks. They use a UK home address to route the call from their non-geographic telecom provider. Contact your local police and ask them to direct your complaint to the City of London Police Fraud Squad.
