Silent caller.

I am so cross. This number rings me countless times a day despite being blocked on my phone! They manage to leave a recorded message on my phone (I have hundreds of them in my inbox!) telling me to call a certain number to stop the calls...i have done this and they STILL call me daily. Fed up now.

Rang today, hung up when answerphone took call.

Rang my mobile number. I didn t know the number. My phone says Sittingbourne and we know no one there. I don t use my phone a lot but would appreciate anyone knowing ...

Have received 21 calls from this number since 21 July (1 month ago). I can t be bothered to even answer it now. The name of the company they profess to be is usually either Microsoft or Windows Support. DON T TRUST THEM, IT S A SCAM.

Ring me then hang up why ?

After reading the reviews on here I thought I d give them a pop as they seemed legit when they rang and had correct info. Surprised me a bit but ended up winning me some ppi back that had previously been declined. Happy customer here.

They call from this number twice a day under the guise of different company names - Direct Utilities, Business Utilities, Select Utilities, Regional Utilities. They are clearly dumb, because when requested to remove our details from their records and stop calling, they say OK and then don t do it, despite being told the we only have a mailing box address and therefore have no need for utilities. Go back to school, children!

I made payment to these people too, for advertising in an upcoming event brochure of almost ?230, (I stupidly paid twice, as they rang back the next day and said the payment hadn t gone through, I did actually check with my bank, and there was nothing showing as having gone through the day before, but it did appear within a few days]. Just no, sweet talked into the card (petrol voucher purposes, so not worth it) cancelled in the allotted time, sent the card back and everything with a nice letter, this was 2 months ago. Just had my banks fraud department call to say they are trying to take money from my account (VoL didnt respond to my quitting email or letter btw) so I have had to cancel my bank card and am waiting for a new one. Do not trust them, it really isnt worth it.
