Just had a call from this number. The caller said their name was Jerry and claimed to be calling from BT Open Reach. They asked me how I was. When I asked them what they wanted they shouted "I don't want anything! My name is Jerry and I asked you,'how are you'?" I hung up.
No message left and when I tried to call back I got a female american voice saying Sorry that is not a valid extension please try again.

Hope this helps. I sent a letter of complaint to David Rushton the company director who agreed in writing to pay my full deposit back by October. so far these scammers have phoned me 4 days in a row, 6 on day 1, 3 times day 2, twice yesterday and so far twice today.. When they actually do speak or you hear something.. its either a recording telling you your about to be disconnected from BT and press 1 to connect to bt.. premium rate number.. or you get a indian claiming to be from bt, or they just keep saying hello before putting the phone down.

Call center: Lady saying she wanted to ask questions about my general household. The line was awful and I couldn't understand what she was asking me. I believe she may have said something about my washing machine, but can't be 100% certain. I put the phone down as she was too hard to understand and the line was very quiet.
