Claimed to be from O2 offering a 40% discount on my bill for being a "loyal customer". Did not greet me by my name. When I called her out on that and asked her to drop me an e-mail if she was legit, she hung up.

I was called from 07900263683 purporting to be from Virgin Media. The woman indicated that my internet connection was not safe. I hung up as I had been caught in a scam before.

Call received on 140323 saying quotGerryquot was calling from Amazon regarding a payment that thad been taken from my account Satated that was not his name then he hung up
appears to be a phishing scam, its a recorded message about credit card suspicious use with a link to follow, i didnt follow the link but did check my credit cards and no such transactions ever happened.
