Received a text message advising they had tried to deliver a package but was not successful to follow a link and fill in details. Searched for their number on here but no result. I put the link into my laptop and a warning from BT poped up advising it is almost certainly a scam and to go back.
Asian gentleman called saying he is from BT open reach suggesting I have a problem with my internet as they are seeing errors from it. He demanded I install team viewer quick support app on my iPad to takeover my iPad remotely to resolve the issue. Of course I said no and stopped the conversation … clearly a scam as BT would never ask for this …
I had a letter for a company that i have nothing to do with saying £8900 was owed. I am not shore if it's a con or not.

Rang 20.44pm. This number rung before. Plain nuisance call.
Usual call out of nowhere you know (Bude) which inexplicable made to your number. Saw above comment and now blocked.
Have had 4 calls on 30/06/23 and 2 on 05/07-23 - do not know anyone in this area and am concerned as to how they got my number - have reported to Ofcom
JUST HAD A CALL ABOUT MY AVIVA POLICY!! I TOLD THEM I WAS AT WORK AND WAS BUSY AND THEY HUNG UP. WORRYING THOUGH AS I DO HAVE AN AVIVA POLICY!

Scam. A woman that could barely speak english. They are trying to get your name, date of birth, bank details and address. Do NOT give them out. DANGEROUS.
