UNKNOWN, NO MESSAGE.
Fraud this was a call claiming to be from Amazon stating a purchase was being made from my account and if not me to contact immediately. I checked all accounts nothing amiss. Got in touch with Amazon and they confirmed my account secure so be aware of this number
Reports elsewhere suggest it s the old accident claim scam.

Rude - aggressive- asking for far to many personal questions, when I told him he had just phoned the British Home Office he soon hung up
Fraud, They will ask "Can you hear me?" DO NOT SAY YES. They will record you saying Yes and impersonate you by doing fraud on your behalf
