Said he was a bailiff, knew all my information, I have an IVA so he said I still owe money and I said I will contact my IVA company and he said he will phone them and said the bailiffs to my door then hung up.
Rang me, hung up when I answered, hung up when I rang back to complain - what a lovely company!!
