Received around ten calls from this number in the last two days. When I answer I won't tell them my surname and they get rude and hang-up

This outfit is a terrible bunch. It s been three months of consistent calls with a vast array of ploys into luring innocent hard working people out of money. Have spoken to the head office in kent several times about the use of their name as a way of convincing people of their trustworthiness, fortunately my wisdom served me better. My real worry is those who are naive or elderly or unaware of these types of scams, they remain vulnerable. More should be done to protect people from continuous harassment.
