SCAM / SPAM Asian male caller claimed to be from BT Open Reach and was claiming that my broadband speed was not as high as I was sold. He claimed to be able to see errors originating from my router. He asked me what lights were visible on my router and what colour they were. He then wanted me to logon to my router home page to check for errors. Definitely a scam call. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER TRY TO RETURN A CALL to an unknown number and NEVER PRESS ANY NUM...
