This caller left an automated recorded scam message saying "your card has been charged with two payments" and asking me to press for for assistance. BEWARE if you receive similar calls.

This number should be a landline from Manchester - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand I am not the only one searching for this number as can be seen from different pages... Does anyone know who might be calling?

Recorded message. Rapid speech. Didn't catch who it claimed to be from, but stated that certain suspicious charges had been made to my account or card. Asked me to press option 1 etc. No doubtI would have been asked for security info in order 'to identify me'.

2 calls today both automated messages saying that my IP address had been comprised and that I should press ! to speak to technical support !! Needless to say I didn't press ! but did call the number and found it was unobtainable........how do these scammers get these UK numbers ??

Blag rang it back several times can tell from the first message that comes up its a scam and when Ive rang back all sounds like members of the same family amp having rang the real Scottish power over several times for different reasons I know the actual Scottish power numberampvoicemail block this if it calls you its very high risk in my opinion

Automated call Called by this number saying that this is a warning that some money will be taken from my account today. I have never heard of a bank that calls a person without the person calling forst so it is obviously a scam. Not sure how they scam, but I have blocked this caller now and it will be blocked forever. Just be aware and check your passwords etc on your bank details.
