Very dodgy guy called through my wife s number trying to get to me having emailed her and not me first. An obnoxious guy called Graham Hamilton wouldn t give the name of the company. Google them to see their practices. They re based in Glasgow and there are dozens of reports of them scamming and intimidating people. Don t even answer the phone to them.

Very similar to a call received in December 2012; on that occasion, asked me to press various buttons depending on the nature of my alleged problem. This time I hung up to dial 1471 but the call was still running. Eventually able to get their number.

This is Metro Taxis in Bolton. Absolutely the best. I only use this firm. I have used them for over 10 years. They meet me at the train and wait despite delays, (Northern Rail, worst train company in the world!).
