I fell for this as I was sick of nuisance calls. I have a call blocker which seemed to help, but still had calls. A couple of years later or so I was told of an update to be put on a business blocker register which I stupidly paid for after a bit of a grumble. I had another call sometime after that and when I said I had already updated they quickly hung up. Today I had another call and as I complained about the ongoing updates after being told it was a one-off initially they hung up immediately. This is

They asked if I ever worked in a factory, I asked for their National Workers Office website and they said search google for "National Workers Office" I asked again for there National Workers Office website address and he once again said put National Workers Office in Google and it will come up I asked which one it is and he hung up.
