these are areal pain, very aggressive, easy solution,..i get free call barring from my provider, check to see if you get this, if so 14258 will stop them for ever!
UPDATE.... I have since found out this number is for Slater and Gordon solicitors fishing for business.....

had several missed calls off this number, they only let it ring once each time, i think its a scam to get you to ring them back!
ring repeatedly, then put me on hold via automated message, no matter what i say they keep ringing (on behalf of British Gas)

Had two calls from this number yesterday. I know no one in Russia. So, I have blocked the number.
SCAM - Do not answer Reporting as O2 with a fabulous deal. They will ask your details, give you a name and extension number to call in case you’re cut off. They even send a txt from O2 with a code that you have to enter. I hung up before entering codes or getting any access information and they were straight back in the phone. Called O2 who confirmed that they are aware of this.
