Received a phone call from this so-called Claim Management Company asking me about a car accident that I had had, possibly some 2 years ago. The agent started out being very polite but became obnoxious when I began to question him about this 'accident' but he would not give any details. I pressed him for further information but he said he had work to do and did not have time to talk any more. He then put his phone down

Call center. Claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse, but that's doubtful. Launched straight into the details of a phone/text/data package before asking if I was interested. I politely said I wasn't interested. He tried to carry on with the pitch - but the call was disconnected.
