Netwest Van insurance along with Vancompare.co.uk do not respect the data protection act. I got a comparison quote from vancompare.co.uk and before I had even finished telephone calls started. I was still on the website looking at the different policies when I got a call from Vancompare as soon as I hung up I got a telephone call from this number and had already had a missed call from it in the space of 60 seconds. Phoned & gave me a load of BS about the banks have opened up closed ppi claims saying they still owe you money!asked him what my name is & then you guessed it he hung up,tosser..so I phoned them back up 4 times on the company s phone stating I was selling double glazing
silent call from what appears to be Kinross, in Scotland. my number is ex-directory and TPS registered so how did they get my number? i have no connections with Scotland and number appears to be "from a network that is unable to transmit numbers " so it is more than likely a scam. avoid and block this number.

Unknown nuisance
Called twice regarding a "?1000 bonus to be paid by my pension provider" Pre-recorded voice message asks for "5" to be input to access further info. THIS IS A SCAM - POLICE ARE AWARE.
No message left when rings. Returned the call and it is a company offering surveys for government cash back on solar panel systems. Irish gentleman very polite who answered.
Hung up very quickly when rumbled.. I have not had an RTA / Accident this century! I have blocked the number on my CPR told him nothing and reported the number to GMP on 101. I d like to think that was Game, Set and Match to me!! But you never know so be careful out there!
