SCAM Told me they were amazon & I had ordered £1000 iphone & my account was now frozen. To press 1 to rectify situation. I put my phone down & blocked them having spoken to amazon & reported the numbers
Scam where they ask if you were in an accident. I was told to hold, which I didn t, but I m sure they would ask for your card number over the phone as payment. Best thing to do is either hang up, or if you re feeling humourous you could mess with them and waste their time. Don t give them any real information at all costs.

Gentleman told me that I was under investigation and that my National Insurance number was being suspended and that I should speak to them . But I didn’t hear any more as I terminated the call. Surely a scam!
Silent call - when I answered, there was a second when I could hear what sounded like a call centre then the call ended before anyone spoke.
