Actually the number of Gen Technical Ltd. Was UK Power Systems but I took over the number as I do similar things to what they did.

Fraud SCAM referred to a non-existing Amazon purchase for £400 and then stated that a new purchase for £959 may be fraudulent and to follow their instructions. Checked there was no purchase showing fro £959 and furthermore the caller ID not say which bank was involved!!
Got a fake text from this number, claiming to be Santander. They said a large transaction was being approved, if this isn’t you, call the number After calling, the same electronic voice is used as Santander’s official line, they said “press 1 to speak with an agent” If you press 1, the line hangs up. Which I’m assuming should trigger a charge
