Rang me asking for details about packaged bank accounts, had no idea what my name was and had none of my details other than phone number. Just kept saying various three letter acronyms and speaking very fast, mentioning a refund for packaged bank accounts. Gave them no details. Became very persistent, angry and began talking over me, despite me politely declining to give any information and suggesting they were wasting their time. Added to block list.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers) - DO NOT CALL THEM BACK. For sure some general call centre. Did someone answer any number of this range?
Tried to get me to sign up for a short course at a cost of £295.00, then reduced to £55.00 holding fee. Didn't push and said was happy to speak again in 3-4 weeks. Kept putting me on hold and my phone was a bit 'off during conversation. Also my phone log showed a call from same number as I was speaking. Still unsure of whether real or scam!!
