My mother phoned a local plumber, then this company started phoning. They sent round 2 men, 1 of whom replaced a working boiler with a new one, the other refused cheque or bank transfer and drove my mother to bank to get £4000 out in cash. They left no warranty, receipt or benchmark booklet. I am reporting to Trading Standards, police and need to get someone out to check if the work is safe (no gas safe certification).

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19423914xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claim company, PPI and insurance marketing in general. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
