Guy with English accent called 'Matthew' saying he was calling back about some government scheme for insulation lagging. Might have been automated. SCAM, just hang up.
Two ops given to claim refund and unsubscribe. I expect doing either of these starts a high premium rate on your bill. This number may not be Manchester based as I was told by trading standards that UK numbers can be bought and used from anywhere. BT should stop this practise.
