Glad I checked this site for this number - I have found a multitude of different phone numbers to call BT for either help or to complain and thought I should check them out before calling any of them.
Santander just won t listen. A while ago Halifax was heavily fined for this type of behaviour. Keep a note of times, dates etc they phone you and report them. They are wrong when they claim to have the right to call you whenever they like to. Report them and they will all have to stop this annoying nonsense.
